Hermitage Glass offer a comprehensive glass cutting and glazing service, by our experienced glazing team. We offer a free survey and bespoke quotation for all supply and fit works. Face Putty work is becoming less common with the introduction of modern vent and drain window profiles, but our experienced glazers make this look easy! Whether you have single glazed wooden windows, or small georgian panes, our glazers can replace, or re-face any style.

Cut Glass

Our workshop offers float glass cut to size from our wide range of Pilkington Glass Products.

Critical Glazing Locations

Over the years regulations have changed regarding the requirement for “safety glazing” in certain instances. The diagram shows the areas where this is essential.

This can either be toughened or laminated glass. Toughened glass is a furnaced product so requires a few days lead time, whereas Laminated is a stock item and can be cut quickly in our workshop.
